Refund Policy
Information regarding payments, subscriptions, and our non-refundable policy.
1. General Billing Terms
Customer will pay AZEXO the fees set forth in AZEXO’s standard pricing plan, as may be updated from time to time, or any other order forms for the AZEXO Software ordered by you and accepted in writing by AZEXO.
All fees are due and payable at the beginning of your subscription term and each renewal thereof. Except as otherwise mutually agreed upon in writing, all fees are quoted and payable in United States dollars (USD).
2. Non-Refundable Policy
Because AZEXO provides digital, cloud-based software tools and related marketing services that require immediate resource allocation upon signup, we do not offer refunds, credits, or prorated billing for any canceled subscriptions or partial months of service.
3. Subscription Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time by deleting the AZEXO Software app in the applicable platform or through your account portal. Upon cancellation, your payment obligations for the current billing cycle remain, but you will not be charged for any subsequent renewal periods.
